Our Story

The Magnolia Method was founded by husband and wife, Brandon and Anna Beth Spires. With a shared background in physical therapy and a deep-rooted passion for helping others move and heal, they dreamed of creating a space that blended clinical expertise with the beauty of intentional movement.

Anna Beth and Brandon bring years of experience in wellness, rehabilitation, and therapeutic care to every corner of the studio. Their approach is personal, faith-driven, and deeply grounded in their desire to serve their community through every season of life and every fitness level.

Together, they've built more than just a studio. They've created a sanctuary for healing, strength, and grace. Anna Beth and Brandon understand the importance of caring for the body while nurturing the heart -- and The Magnolia Method is their way of offering that care back to the community they call home.
